I think a fair number of guys would find it sort of hot. Some wouldn't like it. You're actually better off standing out in a way that polarizes people. There's no point having everyone think you're okay, it's better to have 20% think you're awesome and 80% think bleh.
I suspect as a teen, it did make you seem like a child which would be a drawback, but as you become more obviously a young woman, it will be clear that you are a very little woman, and guys who find that hot will definitely go for it.
That is quite short. If you look older and short that may be a turn off. Looking young and short has a higher chance of success. Looking short and cute works, but THIS only works if you act your age and not like a child. Some guys like short cute girls that have a mature mind. It's a type of style. Also wear clothes that make your body look proportional.
