Actually that's good, it just means he's reeeeeeaaaalllly shy.

The guys looks at you because he likes you, but then if he thinks you "caught" him looking at you, he will be so embarrassed and afraid he offended you that he will look away and not dare look back.

This is a sure sign that he likes you.

The bad news is that he is so incredibly shy, he will never get around to making a move on you. Never.

If you genuinely like this guy, it is up to you to make a move on him. You will have to do basically all the work yourself on this. You must approach him, ask him to hang out, get alone with him, go in for the kiss, and initiate sex all on your own. A guy this shy will not take the lead on any of that.

It sounds to me like he may be more shy than you think. He looks at you, but doesn't want to get caught looking. If he is REALLY interested, he should look back. Sometimes, however, he may feel amazed that he actually has the brass to look in the first place and won't look back for fear of being 'caught in the act,' so to speak. This is an indication that he is lacking self-confidence. My last girlfriend would have said that he was only trying to be polite (or at least trying not to be rude). I think that the best way to determine the truth here is to ask him. So: it is not necessarily bad, nor is it necessarily good, either.

i know exactly, and I mean exactly what you mean! If you like him you need to talk to him because if you don't You'll regret it forever trust me. I never got around to talking to the guy that likes me (I like him 2) so now I think I've lost him because I won't ever see him again. so TALK TO HIM! lol

If he likes you then he would try and look at you again, when your not looking. If his really shy then its best if you make the first move. You can mimick what he does and look away quickly before he does when he sees you. Then look back after a brief moment, chances are he will look back, then you have caught his eyes. Watch as he looks to the floor shyly afterwards. Smile at some point to show you like this game!

What about that while he is talking with me about our project, he looks me without any averting. But while we dont have any interaction, he is trying to avert his eyes (when I looked to him).
