Work Out and Eat Better
Work to become lean and fit. For weight loss and toning, focus on cardiovascular exercises (running, bike riding, swimming, etc). A nice body will significantly raise attractiveness level, and working out in general will significantly help with confidence and stress.
As for eating healthy, here are some dos and don'ts:

- drink more water (staying hydrated also adds color to your face and gives your skin a natural glow)
- eat more whole foods and vegetables
- cook at home often, as opposed to going out to eat all the time
- limit your intake of meat
Don't
- drink soda or sugary drinks
- snack on processed junk-food
Practice Good Posture

Go Shopping for Clothes
Get a nice clothing and shoes style, and put more effort into what you wear on a daily basis. Looking put together will make you more attractive and approachable.
Have a Bedtime
