if im honest, after such serious complications i would ask your doctor, not an internet forum.
the best thing to do for the next few months is probably very light physio and lots of rest. A good form of physio to build up muscle would be light swimming, not a lot of stress on the joints and spine but you get to work your entire body. Combine that with stretches you can get from your doctor or a physio.
I know its not what you want to hear but speaking from experience, you really don't want to rush into things with a back injury. With exercise it is such an important part of your body and if you rush back before its fully healed then you'll end up damaging it and starting the whole process over again.

after all that you need to see what the doctor says is ok and probably just rest and eat good nutritional meals
I have problems with my leg and back before I could even stand I went back to swimming the water takes all the stress off your body and allows you to work out without causing pain
There's no rush, rest up then do simple exercises, walking for example, you don't want to stress your body too much, it's just undergone a major overhaul anf the effects of after birth are super draining. Start with gentle walks, once or twice a day, maybe some gentle stretches, avoiding the back as much as possible and then go from there. Ask your midwife/health visitor for advice, they have all these info sheets with good fitness routines for nearly every situation. I can't stress enough not to do anything too radical, you don't want to make your back worse, you have two little people to take care of, you need to bounce back and be super mom again, good luck!
