900 calorie diet...what would you eat?

My friend has struggled with her weight for many years now. She's 5'0 and upwards of 225 to give you an idea.

Anyway, she recently sought medical help for her weight issue. I guess her body has some condition where it fails to use calories for normal functioning and converts calories directly to fat storage. Also her body type is one that gains muscle but fails to lose fat.

We will be living together come August so she pulled me aside to tell me about this so I wouldn't think she was anorexic or anything.

Her doctor told her he wants her on a strict 900 calorie a day diet and that she was only allowed to consume 900 calories. If she were to burn 500 from walking/working out in a day she was not allowed to eat them back. So essentially she'd eat 900 calories and then burn 500 and then really have only taken in 400...right?

She's only allowed 4 oz of meat 3 times a week.

So if you were on this diet, what would you eat?
