I love to workout alot. My girlfriend is a little bit bigger and said she wanted to lose weight because I'm motivated to workout. she's 5'5'' and 160. She has a lot of legs muscle from being a nurse and walking every shift. However, she says she's only intaking 900-1200 a day because she just doesn't like to eat? I told her she needs to eat more calories to boost her metabolism so she tried jumiping up at a constant 1200 daily. When she did this, she gained 7 lbs really fast. Was this wrong? I know great workouts and plans but I never understand the diet portion. Any help or advice would be great!
