I think organic is overrated. It has some advantages, but not as many as people claim. This has been shown in taste tests, were people were sometimes lied to about which one was organic, and which one wasn't. People almost always picked the one they thought was organic as the one that tasted better, even if it wasn't really the organic one.
I didn't think I was gluten intolerant, until I switched to a high fat, low carb diet. Now I can say that there is something in bread that doesn't react well in my body. I was just so use to it, I couldn't tell the difference before.
Being a full vegan is incredibly dangerous. Most of them eventually get sick, and have to switch their diets. It is just too difficult to maintain a 100% full vegan diet, and be healthy long term. It may not be impossible, but it is very hard.
Vegetarians that eat things like fish, eggs, and dairy, have a much easier time than a vegan will. The only problem is that some people don't handle carbs well, and vegetarian diets tend to be very carb heavy. So it depends on the person's body. Everyone is a little different, and despite what people like to believe, we all shouldn't be on the same exact diet.

Yeah, I buy organic when possible, and I eat mostly plant-based foods. I don't eat gluten-free as I don't have any issues with intolerance, and I love bread too much anyways. Hahaha!
I don't see how anyone could make the claim that THIS is GOOD for you:

The VAST majority of health issues in the Western world stem from conventionally-grown and highly processed foods, along with a DRASTIC over-consumption of animal products.
some people believe that consuming gluten can make them gain more weight. So some weight watchers are in gluten-free diet because of this even they are tolerant or not.. (For me, it is not harmful and I am not too keen on my weight and I'm tolerant so I don't mind eating foods with wheat).
They said organic is way better than inorganic... Vegan is a strict vegetarian... Some people choose what they prefer based on their own beliefs and mostly what is good for health and which suits the pocket because the more healthier the food, the more expensive it is...
For me, I eat without bothering if its organic or inorganic, gluten-free or not, vegan, etc. I'm more conscious of the sodium, sugar content and other ingredients (unknown to me) and as long as I ate moderately I'm good for it.. :)
only some items have to be organic like potatoes. Also glutenfree should be only for people with celiacs because some gluten free products can actually make you fat. Vegetarian and vegan are good because it is healthier for you and it is just good to cut down on meat consumption for ethical reasons even if you don't completely stop eating meat

I have uc so I have to be cautious of what I eat. Would prefer organic, gluten free foods. Price is a factor though.
Vegan and vegetarian is not a healthy rout to go. Many nutrients are left out of these diets. I don't eat pork, avoid beef, and chicken where possible. Or keep my intake low
To much of anything O/c can be bad.
Oh and no fast food (usually)I'll have anything organic over non organic. As well as trying to enjoy the few foods with labels that say GMO free. Also I got rid of fluoride from my diet because it's not healthy.
I'm a vegetarian, trying to convert to vegan. Organic isn't widely available in my country, so I stick to 'normal' food which doesn't involve meat, fish, eggs, honey and usually milk products too.
I buy organic if available and I am vegan. I haven't noticed any changes in health due to my preferences.
The most I do is shop for local foods when possible.
I dont eat unhealthy binge foods and stuff. Just standard organic healthy stuff. Not hippy food though
Id never be vegetarian or veganNon-GMO whenever possible
Short of subsistence farming, that's really hard thoughGMO-free foods are the way to go
Ugh. None of that hippy crap. Regular.
I buy organic every chance I get.
