I use my juicer to make a fresh fruit drink, like cantaloupe juice, strawberry juice, orange juice, sometimes grapes, peach, plum or watermelon juice, depending on the season and my mood.
I put a glass of water next to my bed at night and drink it first thing in the morning. helps activating your internal organs and helps with digestion.
Water, it feels so rejuvenating when I drink it first thing in the morning. Later on I'd probably drink some tea or more water.
I have coffee - I can't function without it. If I can't have that, then I have orange or apple juice.

It depends. If I'm dehydrated (mouth, nose, eyes feel dry) then like a 32 oz glass of water (maybe 2). If I feel low energy, then like an 8-16 oz glass of fruit juice. If non of those conditions are met and I just feel sleepy, then a few large mugs of coffee black with sweetener or some sort of tea (green, earl grey, pomegranate, etc.) with sweetener.
I ddrink a cup of flavoured water and drop an orange fizxy vitamin c tab in it. Tastes pretty yummy and I guess its good for me.
Depends really. I finished a pop I had bought the other day, which was just a couple of sips butttt right now I'm drinking a glass of water. A girl on here was talking about how she loves water and I was telling her that, that's OK. It's OK to speak with emotion and that it's OK to take risks and drink water... so, I did so myself. I need to drink more of it anyway...
