Honestly, body structure varies so much from person to person... some people look much better with a more curvatious build, while some look better with a more slender build. It all depends on how YOU FEEL in the skin you're in. The most attractive, & sexiest thing anyone can wear is confidence ! People seem to "glow" when they are proud of themselves & the way they look / feel... which in turn, makes others want to be around them ! Don't drop wieght to impress anyone else... just be happy with yourself !!

You realize, of course, that if you are now "toned" and 120, then you're not likely to be losing much more weight from working out.
If you continue strenuous workouts, you'll likely continue building muscle mass, which weighs more than fat, and while you might look better, you may actually gain weight.
5'2 and 100 pounds is a healthy weight so if you think youd look better do it.

You are right. According to your height your weight should be 100-105 lbs.
120 is perfectly fine, if you want to lose another 5lbs then go ahead but that's were I would stop.
Yeah - even 110 would be good for you.
