What are your "little pains" or physical signs of becoming older?

I'm in my late thirties and compared to 10 years back my body reacts differntly to efforts.

Fortunately the permanent "little pains" stay away. But often, during or after a work-out, without having exagerated the length or intensity of it. some pain will occur.
One time it's the knee, than the hip, the ankle,...

Sometimes recovery after an effort is swift and somethimes it takes its days...
