Hello guys anyone with hemoroids who has felt the pain and knows good ways to cure it and good tips on how to prevent it from happening?

Oh well, they can be a pain in the ass (pun intended)
You need to:
- Take pain relievers like aspirin and tylenol
- Apply heat in the area (a warm bath usually works, it can relieve the pain).
- Apply ice in the area for around 5-10 minutes (yes, heat and ice both work)
- Try not to sit for a long time. Exercising and walking can help.
- Add more fiber to your diet (broccoli, beans, fresh fruit)
- Clean the anal area with baby-wipes
- Don't strain during umm bathroom time
- Patience, patience, patience.
