This is a pretty poor idea. Water fasting will cause your metabolism to change over to a fat burning one after about 3-4 days without food entirely. Skipping most meals will cause an incredible hunger to manifest leading to a possible binge.
It would be better to keep eating your 3 or 4 meals of the day, but make each meal short about 50-100 calories. This will not cause binging and lead to inevitable weight loss. Whole fruit, green and yellow veggies will fill you up (water and fiber) but are not nutritionally dense enough to sustain life if that is all you eat.

people think not eating will lose you weight! FACT is you have to burn energy through exersise and when your body asks for food then the key is putting the correct food in! no quick fix at all
Fasting, or skipping meals only screws with your metabolism and then makes it harder to loose weight in the long run because your if you do it too much your body will hold onto food longer. Better bet is to eat frequently and small healthy meals, snacks. Set a target (realistic for your body type) caloric intake per day and try to stick to that. Don't eliminate any one food group just moderation of all. Really more about input and output. Calories in vs calories burned.
Don't fast thats terrible. If you want' to loose weight exersize

Well it's 3:00 pm and all I ate is a muffin
None it is unhealthy and not worth it
