Does anyone have advice on high fiber diets for weight loss?

Need to drop about 10-11 pounds quickly and ideally in a healthy way. I have an event in 3 weeks. I've heard high fiber diets really aid weight loss and was wondering if anyone has any advice?

I'm in good shape, usually work out 3 times a week and have stepped that up to five. But i know it's my diet that's letting me down. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
