The width of my hips are 19 inches, my waist is 12 inches, and my shoulders are 21 inches. Would this be considered V-shaped? Are these ok measurements for putting on some nice, lean, well proportioned muscles, or am i just genetically fucked? Are these measurements good enough to put on decent muscle, or will it be impossible for me?
its as simple as your torso forming the shape of a V. im not sure about your measurements but try to build muscle and see if your body can easily stack it on. work on your shoulders, lats, back, chest, arms, and core for the overall V-shape but DO NOT SKIP LEG DAY (s)!
