Buy some better pads and bigger ones and change them more often if you leak, ones like Always that have the liquid in them are MUCH better at obsorbing so id try those ones instead.

If you have that much trouble with heavy flow, then I would suggest going up a doctor and getting pills to help minimize that. Also, tampons + pads for extra security.

You could try amazon. What I normally do is put either two pads on or a pad and a pantiliner.
