Question #2: should i take baby steps for eating less so my body can get use to not not eating so much? Example: no more soda, no more candy, chips, cookies, etc , no more alcohol, no more Junk food, no more fast foods, and then start eating small portion of foods for breakfast lunch and dinner.
I weigh 240
My goal is to try to lose the 10 pounds by late June or early July, so I can see if i can do it if I pass i will be aiming for my goal 160 i'm not planning to be skinny, just healthy.
