I voted 'Yes, but stopped' because I only did it twice. Just a small cut to see what it would feel like. And you know what? It actually felt really good after the initial pain, which made me realize how problematic it can be for people who get addicted to it.

I have but have not done so for over three years now. It took along time for me to stop and even now I still feel the urge. It's something that I feel is always going to be there.

I've done it both physically and mentally. I've stopped the physical part but still struggle on the mental one.

Also ended up punching my punching bag so hard I fucked up both knuckles before the pinky finger on both my hands.

Everyone has self-harmed. It's just that most hurt themselves mentally/emotionally, rather than physically.

I was hospitalized after a bad night of cutting, and legally had to go to inpatient therapy (the looney ward). Not worth it, i stopped.

Well I do enjoy kicking things with my work boots and sometimes I figure it's gonna hurt but I still do it anyways. Does that count?

No, closest I have got is pulling out my hair; but that was only a couple of times when I was really upset. I'm lucky enough not to have that problem
