Girls, Does anyone get depressed or worsened anxiety during that time of the month?

Not really. Just a lot of physical discomfort... Having to change in the toilet and sleeping right so I dont get spilling on my bed sheets. It can be a bit of hassle.

It's really normal to have worse depression and anxiety. Scientists think it may have to do with the drop in estrogen, but they aren't sure.
