Are you talking about hyperpigmented acne scars (red/pink/brown colored) or pitted acne scars?

For hyperpigmented scars:
-Proactiv+ Dark Spot Corrector
-Alpha Hydrox Oil-Free Formula (from Amazon. com)
-Natural soaps: Papaya soap, arbutin soap, kojic acid soap, natural African black soap
-Lemon juice applied to scars with cotton ball each day

General rule is gels work better than creams, and natural products are safer and work but take longer.

Also, when using these treatments... MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SUNBLOCK on your face when you go outside. Every time. Acne and acne scar remedies make your skin more susceptible to the sun, so using sunblock is essential, and make sure there is at least spf 30 or more.

I would recommend any of these sunblocks:

EltaMD UV Clear
Biore Kao Japan Aqua Rich
Shiseido SENKA Sunscreen Mineral Water UV Gel

Yes, sure, you can use lemon juice in the morning. Some people apply it for 30 minutes and then wash it off. Others apply it for while they sleep and wash it in the morning. Regardless, you can use any of these products and be careful/protected around the sun and you're good to go.

For pitted acne scars, getting a chemical peel is the best bet. Glycolic acid, lactic acid, or TCA peels are excellent. I get them from a dermatologist, but there are Groupon deals to get them cheap... just look into the quality of the spa that does them. Also look into Korean sheet masks, they're cheap, multipurpose, and apparently amazing. Another more extreme option I'd probably consider if I don't like chemical peels is getting laser resurfacing by a dermatologist. There's something called Fraxel that can be awesome for that. It basically zaps the collagen in the pit to start growing and fill in. Laser can help hyperpigmented scars as well. There are also derm fillers done every few months to fill in.

Some people use Nadinola Skin Discoloration Fade Cream in place of Proactiv Dark Spot corrector, because it's available at Walmart. I haven't used it though. And you're welcome. I love skincare and am a medical student :)

I haven't gone to a doctor but drink lots of water and at night but oil that has vitamin E or at a least some on your face and use after you want your face with hot water and put a toner on. When going out put sunscreen because the sun make it hard for the scar to stay and then give it time...

What oil that has vitamin E do you use?

It does it matter which ever. Honestly the oil I bought was expenisive because I wanted my skin soft so yeah... It face oil and it has omega it part of the fresh brand... The bottle cost like 50$. Its a lot of money so i suggest getting something cheper with more vitamin E! And remeber try to stay out of the sun... wear sunscreen!
