A few pimples affect beauty? Do you get cold from someone like that?

I have tried all kinds of creams, I have used Accutane, but I still get acne during my periods. Not on my whole face, just a few on my cheeks, but they are big and leave scars. My skin is very pale white so it draws more attention. Now I'm 24 years old and I don't know how to get rid of them, nothing helps, I feel very bad. People find my face very beautiful, but they see it when I cover my acne with make-up. Does acne spoil beauty? If your partner has acne, would you find your partner unattractive?

Stop eating oily food
Also the fruits and stuff that is warm. Not temperature warm.
Example mango
Nuts
Eggs
Ginger
Mustard
Dates
Garlic etc... These all have warm effects on the system.
