You shouldn't lose weight or change your appearance for a guy. How about you get in the gym and work hard for the body you want and show him what he's missing? That's what I'm doing. You can do what you like with your body, even if you want to gain weight, just don't change it for a guy again. No-one will notice a 5 pound weight drop either.

whatever changes you make to yourself, do it for yourself not for others.. I get how you feel, like he didn't deserve what you did for him, but if I were you, I 'd prefer to keep the weight off. Why? Because that's the best, healthier choise for myself and so that at least I'd have something positive after the relationship ended.
2? 2 stupid kilos? really this is like the amount of weight I loose after doing a crap, shits like barely noticeable
