Does anybody else get panic attacks really bad?

I get them really bad, and I'm ussualy alone when I get them.

I've had two. Both in the last year. The one I passed out: woke up with the cat licking my hand and then once I was awake she sat on my chest until I calmed down. That interation with her is definitely what calmed me down.
Slowing down, focus on breathing and drinking water helps. Doing that has helped me prevent a few that I felt coming on.
The other thing that really helps me is realizing it is a panic attack. For me I thought I was dying and passed out both times I had one. So my mind panicked more over what was wrong. Realizing it's just a panic attack helped me get over it.

Only got them twice... and that was in the age range you're in now. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I used to all the time. I tried everything. It turns out I has Social Anxiety disorder, and the only thing that worked was a combination of medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

It's rare, but it happens. I just stop what I'm doing and sit down and breath easy and slow. Drinking water helps I guess.

One time I had a horrible panic attack in the middle of a class when I was in high school, it was so bad that I passed out and fell out of my chair and the school nurse and to take me out of class

I get them and at the worst times my first one was when I was alone in the house and I was having a bath I felt like I was dying and it scared the shit out of me I still get them and they still freak me out

I had one and I actually had to call out sick from work (which is very rare) because of it.
I just got overwhelmed and my anxiety turned into a panic attack which is also rare for me.
