Search youtube for "neck pain yoga" or "neck pain stretches", I've found yoga to be helpful for neck and back pain.
Take it slow and carefully and use your judgement, but I've found a bunch of videos online for free that show stretches and movements / exercises that relieve lower back pain and neck pain.

No quick tips. If you workout the upper body, neck and shoulder pain disappears, in my experience.
The only "quick tip" would be to pop an analgesic (or muscle relaxer), but it would be way better all around to do a bit of weight training.
Try to improve your posture especially when you use your phone and follow Lovelinefan's advice. Yoga is great for your body an neck pain is usually a symptom of body pain rather than localized pain.
