How long will it take speed to exit my system?

I'd really appriciate if I didn't get answers like "drugs are bad" or "you're stupid for doing this" because I am well aware of the concequences of drug use and I accept that. I just want to figure out if there's anything I can do to lessen the effects of what I took.

So, I took speed last night for the first time - quite a bit of it because I was drinking and doing it for the purpous of forgetting everything for a while. I took one pill orally and did probably another two in lines and another half when I started to crash before work about 8 hours ago. My concentration is completely off and my stomach is aching and every so often I'll sweat like crazy for a few minutes and I have this preassure headache that doesn't really hurt but it's like my head is compressing and I can't stop grinding my teeth. I don't feel high anymore but I'm wondering how long until the drugs leave my system and if there's anything I can do to lessen this gross feeling.

Sorry to hear that. See a doctor if you have any concerns whatsoever.

What I would do, speaking just for myself, is flush my system out with fluids. I'd down maybe 2-3 liters of water or weak tea. Maybe a liter every two hours. Have some fiber to get your digestive system moving. But the fluids are the main thing for flushing anything out of your body.

I'm not anti-drugs necessarily but don't overdo it like that next time. :) Be safe.

Thank you - I drank more water after I read this and it helped a lot more (I'd already drank tons but probably not enough to rehydrate me) but thanks for not being a dick about your answer.. (:

Plasma life is about 8 hours, maybe a little longer for the pill. You're not dealing with methamphetamine anymore, you're dealing with the side effects.

If you're worried about detectability, that should be about 48 hours in urine.

Hydration, fiber and sleep are probably most important now.
