There are many healthy recipes online, so i suggest you look there. These foods include ingredients that are as close to natural as possible (such as whole grains, beans and legumes), have a high fiber content (such as apples, bran, and many fruits and vegetables). I love eating baked salmon with minimal olive oil, garlic on top with salt and pepper, and a delicious garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, etc...
Poop troubles may arise from poor diet or could be from something you ate that didn't agree with your stomach. Try avoiding caffine if you have diarrehoa as it promotes bowel movements or if you can't poop, caffine is the way to go! Best of luck

Well, for one.. in order to stay in good shape it has to take commitment. You need to commit on 70% good diet and 30% regular exercise.
Drinking loads of water to cleanse your digestive system and keep your body hydrated.

I don't like cooking so I just ate a looot of fruit and drank tea for a month, but I did have lunch with my family eating whatever they ate and it still worked
