Well I don't know your starting weight, but I'll do the best I can!
- Do 30 mins of cardio (running, biking, swimming, elliptical, even dancing), 3-4 times a week.
- Do strength training in between. If you don't have access to weights, you can do lunges, squats, pushups, etc.
- Eat lots of fruits and veggies throughout the day.
- Fill your meals with protein.
- Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods; just have them less often as a treat.
- Avoid eating out as much as you can.
- Keep a food journal. It helps keep you accountable so you're less likely to cheat.
The most important thing is to do something you're gonna stick with. That's why you don't do an exercise you hate, and why you don't deprive yourself of delicious food. Healthy weight loss doesn't happen quickly or easily. Good luck!

Try the standard, a little bit of what you love and the basic groups. Slowly wean yourself into a healthy lifestyle. Have water before and during meals to allow smaller portions. Eat fruits during the day to reduce snacking. Make your favourite foods but from scratch like chips and chicken nuggets. When you control the fat and oil it really does help. Go for walks, or runs regularly. And don't torture yourself with a painful diet, you'll gain it back. Just make small changes and eat around 1200-1600 calories a day, it's amazing what happens when you stop eating crisps and chocolate and try strawberries in yoghurt or raisins or fruit salad with a little ice cream instead.
Best of luck and take it slow
Elimimate all processed foods from your diet, which basically means that if you can't buy it fresh at a store then its probably processed. Its improbable you'd over eat vegetables and fruit or fresh meat, they are more filling and have less calories
Stay away from soda especially. If you are craving unhealthy stuff, eat mixed nuts. They have lots of nutrients to make hunger go away.

Diets are lifestyle changes not something you stop when some weight goal is reached. So don't make it too drastic otherwise you won't stick to it. Stop eating sugar oil and fast food is probably the 3 most effective things. Sugar or oil/fat in the first 3 ingredients = don't eat it. Calories out > calories in, = when goal is reached.
Advocare works great to lose weight and to build and maintain muscle afterward.

A good diet plan is simply cutting out all junk food, cookies, candy, ice cream, soda, other sweet drinks. Eat more healthy and in controlled portions, lots of fruits, vegetables, a little bit of meat if you aren't vegetarian or vegan, nuts. Drink mostly/only water. Pair this with some exercise and you're good to go.
I've been doing Low Carb. I know some people lose a pound a day. Also check out Fit Girls Guide. They give meal plans and exercise plans. I know that helps some people to have it all planned out. The meals really aren't that bad.
Determine your BMI, and daily calorie requirement. Count the calories on what you eat. For every 3500 less calorie intake than your body's calorie requirement, you will lose 1 pound.
Learn about food. Some keep you full longer and some curb your cravings better.
Do some kind of exercise you like.
Take one step at a time until it becomes incorporated into your life as a routine.
Find a friend that shares the same goal.usually drinking a lot of water, eating lean proteins, brown rice, broccoli, grapefruit, baby spinach and other foods with water in them help. You need the right amount of nutrients so your body can burn them off; your body needs energy. Exercise is also important.
Eat breakfast
Eat lunch but it most be half of the amount when you were eating at past
Skip dinner and eat salads istead.
Some foods will make you fat so eat them a less amount like ( Rise, finger , chips , non organic juices, but eat good amounts of fruits and vegetables.
And do cardio Run Run RunDiet plans are dumb. Find out how much your caloric maintenance is and gradually lower into a caloric deficit. Fill those calories with whole foods. Keto works very well. Eating "clean" alone won't make you lose weight.
Its not about low carb, or low fat, it's about volume going into your mouth.
In my case, I used to have 4 slices of sandwich for lunch and dropped that to 2. Cheesy fatty food, and still lost weight.eat 1500 calories a day doesn't matter what you eat as long as you don't go over and run you will lose a lot of weight
You can lose a lot of weight by eating less and moving more.
