I also feel so much pleasure when I eat what I love but feel really stressful when I see my stomach bloating.
Which should I choose?
Well I do work out as much as I can although I am pretty busy.
You don't have to choose one or the other, you can choose both, well you should choose both, it's the healthiest choice. If you eat right and exercise you will still look good, you'll look healthy and that's much more sexy than a stick figure (I'm not saying that's what you look like, I've never seen you) but if you're malnourished from not eating, then your face will be extra skinny and you'll have protruding bones where you shouldn't have. The diet that people who train are: five meals a day (small meals and snacks), they also exercise at least an hour a day, 5-7 a wk. I know most people don't have that much time to workout, but try doing it at least 3x a wk. when you consistently workout your metabolism goes up and burns calories at a faster rate, and eating smaller meals through out the day will let your body burn more calories efficiently. If you have questions, just ask.
My brother is here now he said to split the difference don't be extreme either way do it in moderation
It's not healthy to choose either. Don't let go of your body because you can increase your chances of health problems, yet, don't starve yourself and deprive yourself from foods you love. You need to find a healthy medium. For me personally, I eat whatever I want in regular proportions, but exercise after to keep the weight off. You don't need to do this however if you can find healthier alternatives to the foods you love or eat them sparingly. It's okay to give yourself a cheat day every now and then! Don't give up either because both will lead to unhappiness
