What should I do about my nasty skin?

Nasty may be a tad melodramatic but my skin is pretty bad right now and I hate it and don't understand why. >:( I don't know what is up but it's not hormonal or anything. I drink enough water, sweat out crud in my pores at the gym, change my pillowcases and use my exact same foundation.

I just finished finals so it could be stress that made my skin red and bumpy. I have two pimples that are finally healing too. -_- But is it possible that me switching to being a vegetarian could make my skin break out?

My skincare "routine" is the same it's always been. Philosophy Purity cleanser, Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash, and clindamycin phosphate topical acne solution.

Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to get your skin back on track? I miss my good skin!
