What, if anything, should a guy do to conceal pimples?

I'm having some pretty nasty breakouts recently. The pimples and the scars they leave behind are these red/purple bumps and spots that don't seem to go away easily. My skin is quite light, so they're pretty noticeable.

Should I do anything to cover up these pimples and scars? If so, what are my options? Girls could just use makeup, but what can a guy do to conceal them?

The actual pimple, nothing. Girls can't even use makeup to cover those. We use makeup to cover the marks afterward. So you'll just have to suffer through that for a while. Afterwards, since you can't use makeup, if you get scars you can use fade creams or other home remedies (like lemon juice, tea tree oil, cocoa butter, aspirin, etc) to fade the marks more quickly. While you're at it, you'll actually find ways to reduce the size of the pimples too.
