What should I do? This problem recently occured

Recently, my mom asked me why I was in my room all day, and I didn't answer. Then she says I can't get a job if I'm skinny and I tell her I like the way I am. And then she tells me my handwriting sucks, doubts me and stuff and I get mad and tell her to be quiet 5 times before I yelled her to shut up 3 times. She raised a hand to beat me and I raise my fist. She asks me if I'm going to hit her. I said if she hits me, I'll hit back, or I'll block it. She tells me the xbox 360 is corrupting me, but I said its not the xbox. it's her with her big mouth. On the minus side, I don't have a special girl to cheer me up =( so now I'm depressed )=

the hell man. just go work out and eat protein. ignore your mom and do what's right or practical and useful for your life.

i think you need to get a journal keep one and try to save money once you get a job and move out. it sucks right now but you live by your mom's rules.

find ways to better yourself and if your mom has issues, she should try counselling?

you can only change what YOU can change. and don't give up on getting a job. if you're determined, you can find one.

in the meantime, don't let her negativity corrupt you. you're still young and the economy sucks right now. best of luck :)

Ugh, same here. There's not really much you can do though, honestly. Being confrontational about it just usually makes things worse, just look on the bright side - you're a senior, so by next year you probably won't have to deal with it. :)
