What could this pain in my chest be?

Every once in awhile I get this pain in my chest, its uncomfortable but not unbearable. Its almost like my chest feels hot. It usually lasts like 15 minutes or so, I guess it kind of feels like if you have to burp because I try and do that to see if the pain will go away lmao. But it never works. What could this be? Should I see a doctor? Have you had this happen? I am a smoker but I looked up heart disease and I don't think its that or anything.

When I was younger I use to get pains/uncomfortness in my chest but there wasn't like a specific spot.. just all over. It only happened a few times a year. One time it would just not go away and got to be pretty unbearable so my dad took me to the hospital and I had an inflamed appendix and 2 hours later I was asleep on the surgery table having it removed. Never had the feeling again since. Just an idea! :p

But there's many other things it could be.

It hurt in your chest only not stomache?

I can't really describe it but it was just all over in my abdomen/stomach/chest area.. which I thought was weird since it was just my tiny appendix that was the problem

heart burn? burning and warm feeling seems like in your chest/throat area?

No lol I forgot to add ots not heartburn, acid reflux or anything like that

well I'd say its probably because your not getting enough air in to your lungs (and no, don't take a big breath in while your reading this ...it will not stop the problem hahah!)

Go to the doctor in the morning, they will do your oxygen sats and tell you the best course of action. :) good luck! feel better!

Oh wow that never phased me, I've been told I don't get enough oxygen while I sleep when I was in the hospital, and I wake up not breathing at times so I know I have a problem OK thars probably the issue lol thanks
