I can't ear red meat anymore because ni literally get lasting pain in my chest after... Thats the side OPPOSITE where my heart is. Is this unheard of?

Sounds like it may be liver problems. Go see a doctor ASAP.

  I am no expert, but red meat contains a lot of fat. Your liver has to metabolise that fat to make energy to power your whole body. If you get pains, it is a warning shot across the bows to tell you something is wrong. It will be unlikely to cure itself and may well get worse in time. Act now. Get it sorted. Don't leave it too late.
