You can't pick and chose where to lose fat. Just diet and exercise. I can't say that you'll lose weight in your chest area first or if you even will (it depends on your body) but that's the only way to lose some weight there.

your boobs are just as big as they're going to be. sometimes when people lose weight, they lose weight in their boobs as well, but if you're already a healthy weight, then that's probably not going to happen.
havent heard of making boobs smaller.cause most women be dying to hav huge 1s.. every tried jus being happy with what you have? am sure your def proud of them an the other girls so envy you out there :)
i think working out chest muscles might help reduce body fat in that area but I can be wrong and they can end up looking bigger cause you ill have chest muscles too =/

Do cardio. Walking/running. One of the first places to lose weight for most women is in their boobs.
Gradual weight loss *may* help your breasts shrink, but it won't happen over night.
Exercise. Your boobs are mostly fat. When you lose weight, the size of your chest decreases.
