if the acne is caused by poor nutrition, yes. but it doesn't mean that you will automatically get rid of your acne,it's up to your hormones. a good acne remedy that people in my country use (not sure if they use it anywhere else) is hipermangan (hypermangan in English I guess),it's used for babies, but you have to be really careful with it,you just take a tiny tiny bit of it and put in in a glass till the water is light pink (if it's stronger, you get end up getting burns),you can either wash your face with the water,or use something to get it on the acne, and just let it dry on your skin, don't put anything over it,don't wipe it dry, just sleep with it on your face, you should see the results the morning after

You're a man, so we have different problems related to our acne. My drink of choice has been water and some of my favorite foods have been fruit, since I was younger than the age of five. I still maintain this, but I still have acne. It doesn't really help. Exercise should. The combination of the three 1) good diet 2) exercise and 3) medication is probably a surefire way to reduce acne.
No, because hygiene matters quite a bit.
If you lose weight and eat healthy your hygiene isn't necessarily improving.

The eating more veggies and ESPECIALLY drinking more water will most likely be the cause of loss of acne. I personally believe lack of adequate amounts of water causes lots of issues like fat and acne.
