Do you abide by the proper serving sizes?

Or do you usually have more or less than you're supposed to? I almost always have more unless it's something really bad l fries, ice cream, etc.

If you're comfortable, please feel free to indicate whether you're a big person or petite person (in height, weight, or overall frame).

I'm an average size for a girl I guess. I'm tall but I have a thin body and in most cases I am not satisfied with one serving. I usually have 25% to 50% more than I should. Is that bad? How can I be satisfied with the proper amount?

Shyguy 1988 got me thinking about another question.

For the people who eat more than the a serving size, do you do it because you need the energy/nutrition, the full feeling, or just because it tastes good and you don't want to stop eating?
