Should I steer clear of white pasta at all costs on a diet?!

there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to eat around the house and I haven't eaten anything ALL DAY. the only things that are available, literally, are a bag of potato chips, cheerios, pasta, hot dog, pasta sauce, red pepper, and chicken.

I am on a weight loss diet currently, and I am undergoing a hard decision- shall I wait my hunger out until my parents decide to go grocery shopping and eat dozens of ice pops just to quell my hunger, or should I give into eating pasta mixed in with red pepper and cut up slices of hot dog? Is white pasta really a sinful food for dieters? For the record, I haven't really been eating clean for the past few days, and I want to start making up for it by eating "cleaner".
