Do you think it is worth it to cut sugar out of your diet?

Do you see it as worthwhile to cut added sugar totally out of your diet?

By this is mean, no cheat days, no cookies, ice cream, or really, nothing that has any added sugar.

Personally, as someone with a big sweet tooth, it isn't worth it. I wouldn't maintain it and I would hate it. It would just feel like a punishment.

Some people do just fine with it.

However, I can't imagine eating that way the rest of your life.
