Confront her. Your loved one(s) shouldn't be fixing something that ain't broken. Especially when it comes to eating/weight which is a sensitive thing. Try reasoning with her you will have an apple instead of cookies for dessert, but you are not having a salad for dinner.

My boyfriend is 6'5 and 180 lbs...so no, I don't put him on a diet. I tell him to eat more.
I am 5'4 and 110 lbs so he doesn't put me on a diet either. We do work out together though.
the most important thing is that you feel good about it.it is not bad thing for a girl to care, when she starts not to,then you have a problem.for start try to drink only water instead juice, and say " you se I am trying" :))
Imagine the sh*t that would fly if a guy told his girlfriend to go on a diet! LOL
If my girlfriend wanted to "put me on a diet", the door would be hitting her ass on the way out.

I think controlling what your partner does, in any aspect of their lives is wrong, so no I don't.
Partners are for "support" not "management". You need to remind her of this.
Id show concern here and there, but I'd never "put" someone on a diet plan.
You should be happy about yourself, and don't change yourself for anybody, even your girlfriend.
It just must be that she's concerned about your health.
