Can someone please help me stay motivated in working out?

Its gotten to the point where I Haven't worked out for about a month, and due to going to buffets with my family and other relatives, my weight went from 144lbs to 147lbs! Almost 150lbs, meaning I'm already overweight for my height /: 5'5" to 5'6"

I can only do indoor exercises and some running before and after school but I've gotten so unmotivated and lazy that it sucks! I know why I want to reach a decent weight (which I don't really care about, just as long as I'm healthy and fit), but its so I can look and feel my best in my final year in hs!

I used to be 135lbs last year and never expected to gain weight, but ofc without any daily exercise, I did.. I was doing well last month but I just threw in the towel and gave up.. can someone please help me? Any apps or website, ANYTHING that would be helpful. I'm deciding on geyting back on track when my relatives leave because its Presidents week vacation so they visit
