Oh yes. I used to be an ass when it came to eating and got stomach problems. So I decided to totally change my diet and start working out more. Best change I ever made with my life. I cook some of my food, make sure it's clean (if needed), boil water, and never eat at fast food restaurants. I do eat pizza like once or twice a year, but forget about fries, chicken nuggets, and other sh*t from McDonalds and similar places. Haven't eaten at those places in 5+ years. Feel so much better. Rarely get stomach pain or anything else of that nature.
I've done all the junk I wanted to through the years. Now I stick to a healthy diet and eat on time (still working on sleeping on time lol). I eat what's supposed to be eaten and when it's supposed to be eaten.
I consult a nutritionist and dietitian :)
I do take my liberty on tickling my taste buds but that happens once in 2 or 3 months. I don't binge though.
I'm not obsessed with health food and go about imposing it on people around me but I have a goal to attain and I'm working towards it :D
I can honestly say that I don't have a healthy diet. I mostly eat deep fried food like fried eggplants and fries, I eat a lot of chips and candies and I eat Chinese food so often they already know my usual order most people are actually surprised I eat so unhealthy based on my small frame I weight 108 lbs the first time I had a salad my body rejected it and I was twitching all day it was weird the reason why I eat so unhealthy beside me loveing is that I have selective eating disorder and I can't tolerate many other foods
I'd say I eat very healthy a majority of the time. For almost a year now I've been eating mostly just fresh produce, whole grains, lean protein, and have almost completely cut out sugar. Most of the time the only sugar I have is from fruit and raw honey. I do my best to stay away from anything processed or anything that has added chemicals. I only drink water and almond milk. I do cheat every now and then. If I didn't I think I'd eventually just binge out on junk food like crazy.

Yes, I eat pretty healthily.
Eating otherwise, dulls the body's sensitivity, to, err, higher pursuits. Overeating/not chewing is the worst. The body can't properly heal itself if perpetually trying to process all this junk.
It still needs some improvement.
how do I know? I can feel how it makes my body feel.
My health is steadily improving since doing Kungfu, Tai chi, Qigong and the like.
relatively healthy. I'm MUCH better than, say, a year or 2 ago.. iv come a long way. i still cheat tho because i believe that sweetness is needed sometimes to balance out all the healthy ish. it feels good, being healthy:)
I eat very unhealthy, but strangely I don't gain weight easily. When I noticed that I have started putting on weight, I restrain myself and I reduce the daily amount of the calories I consume.
Plus, I have a problem: I can't eat most foods. I don't like the taste of them. I suffer from selective eating disorder.
I'm a complete health nut. Protein smoothies for breakfast, 5 other meals a day, two vegetable and fruit only. I work out a lot, and I can't understand doing one thing for my body and not another!
I eat healthy most of the time. I'll eat lean meats and cook my own food and buy food that doesn't have artificial ingredients. I'll rat my fruits and veggies everyday to have a balanced diet.
For the most part I eat healthy. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies (juice veggies). I do eat sweets at times.
I don't eat healthy, not because I eat fast food, but because I barely eat. For example, I always skip my lunch, my breakfast is 1 piece of bread, my dinner is like a third of what other people eat.

Not really. I eat a lot of pasta. Maybe a year ago it was, when I discovered pasta wasn't all that healthy like I figured.
Eat healthy Monday- Friday and cheat and eat junk food on weekends plus lots of alcohol. I'm in college so I gotta party it up.
I try to but I tend to cheat a lot.
