Do guys freeball when wearing Sweatpants?

Its something that has always been on my mind as a guy. having a bulge. Some people find it a turn on others find it a turn off for being too in their face but each to their own. Im big enough but can never seem to find that bulge every other lad has. I've tried different styles of sweat pants both freeballing and boxers. but it varies everytime. Yet everytime i see other lads wearing them they seem to have a good bulge. Do many lads use boxers with sweatpants or freeball?

My boyfriend wears boxers with them. No freeballing for him, but I can't speak for others though.

I usually freeball in sweatpants. My package is very big so underwear is usually uncomfortable for me and I will have a big bulge anyway
