Big ol Russia! what comes to mind?
When you think of Russia what first comes to mind?
Big ol Russia! what comes to mind?
My opinions of Russia.
- Full of tough people. (Survived both World Wars, the Cold War, the evil Czars, Napoleon, the Mongols, and many other invaders.
- Big. Russia is so big it's land surface is bigger than the dwarf planet Pluto.
- The original home of Vodka.
- Has more land than the dwarf planet Pluto.
- Is the Home Of The Russian Orthodox Church.
- Vladimir Putin. Tougher than Barack Hussein Obama (Soetoro.). Vladimir Putin actually hunts, and knows martial arts.
- Lots of trains.
- Moscow.
- You are home to a lot of economic activity now.
- Russia has an extremely cold climate with short, but hot summers.
- Russia is very diverse with people of different races, and religions all living in one country.
- You guys deal with terrorism like we do.
- You have a lot of wildlife. The deep Siberia has the same amount of biodiversity as the Amazon Rain Forest.
I also like how the Russians have more oil, and natural gas than most places in the World, the rich culture with people like Pyotr Illyich Tchaikovsky, the beautiful, and friendly people there, the rich language which I want to learn A. K. A. Russian, and if anything was to happen in the United States I did live in the middle of Siberia, and survive.
I am a nature lover. :3.
No. I am just someone that loves to hunt, and fish. The cold is survivable if you know what you are doing.
Nice answer!!!
That's, because I am very well informed. I read the News everyday. X).
ok you do know that reading newspapers are half the time full of crap, right? Yea, Putin knows Marshal Arts but did you also know he is still with the effin KBG? And a damn schizophrenic and that half of the country is starving while the other half dont even know what to do with their money? Yea, half of the stuff what you mentioned about Russia is true, in fact most of it however, look beyond newspapers and learn about my culture. And yes some of us are the toughest shit around

Honestly I think of them as the "black sheep" of Europe held back by communism and Stalinist government. But a country rich with tradition and culture I also think of this movie Anastasia

There isn't a neighboring country that hasn't been exposed to Rssian fury.
Identity crisis.. Not Western or Eastern
Their men are mysogenistic and controlling.
Their women gold digging back stabbers
Been involved in Many bloody battles, tells you something about their temper
Ps. Vodka isn't originally Russian. It's an old drink that has been around through the ages much like wine and beer.
Putin, he cracks me up. Like seriously he is the second funniest world leader behind Kim Jhong Un. They're funny because they don't try to be funny ;)
My friend, who was half Russian half Cuban, so we used to call him Communist xD
Also I think of communists, crazy people, cold as fuck, and obviously can't forget about their greatest contribution to society: Vodka!
My family.
Great 19th century composers and a rich musical culture that was suppressed under communism.
Ushankas.
Vodka.
Long last names.
Vodka, Stalin and Lenin (I'm taking AP Euro), and Racoonskin hats
Vodka, how that isn't the number one answer is beyond me. I went to a Russian wedding and they had a glass pitcher of what looked like water, it wasn't water.
Home.
I miss speaking my mother tongue. Hardly know any Russians here in the UK and it's slowly putting a dent in my proficiency.
You're going to think I'm weird... but the BMP-2.

Cold, vodka and grumpy people. Then I went there... it was cold, there was a lot of cheap vodka and people were grumpy and cold. So there you go.

My best friend is Russian. She is sweet, caring, supportive, talented and smart. Not that I didn't think Russians aren't like that before I met her, but I did think most were beautiful women or tough men. Also very cold and snowy.
Moscow, cold, and to be honest Rocky 4. That was my favorite movie when I was little and watched it all the time. I loved when they played the anthem when they were in the ring looking at each other.
Ballet, St. Basil's Cathedral, beautiful women, hot men, furs, cool names, borscht, Tetris, the Romanovs, pale skin, sexy accents!
