10 years of hell in the school has cost me several inches of height, because of school I suffered from depression, slept on average 2 hours a night, failed to pay attention to my height. Now I am short for the rest of my life while my dad is tall. What the fuck should I do now? I am short without a necessary reason.

What the hell kind of school did you go to to stress out and sleep only 2 hours a night? Either way, those things can only effect you so much... I doubt it was more than an in or two.
