Is 65 degrees fahrenheit good enough beach weather?

Im going to the beach tomorow and its going to be around 65 degrees. Is that enough to lay out in a bikini?

it's not cold, but it's not warm, unless you're in alaska or maine

Yeah that's pretty warm, should be fine. But you should also take wind into consideration.
