The message has been sent so there's nothing you can do about it now. Even if you remove the message on your phone he will still see it on his phone. If he doesn't recognise your number you can just ignore any reply he sends to you. If he recognises your number just tell him it was an accident.

He'll either read it and reply or read it and ignore it, but you shouldn't care - he's your ex.
Accidents happen, I have done similar things in the past.
You can't undo it, sorry. :( If he reacts, just be cool about it. Tell him it was an accident. If he asks how you got his new number, just say "It doesn't matter :)" or something like that.
you can't remove it - its already sent. He'll probably ignore it. But maybe you should delete his number if he's your ex or if your frightened this may become common
It's sent. Nothing you can do about it. Learn from your mistakes. And something tells me it wasn't accidentally...

what is done is done.
Sometimes...accidents are not accidents. So, do NOT sweat it. You cannot change what you've done. Smile and live on.You're pretty much screwed, but you can tell him it was an accident, and you did not by no means want him to text back because you really miss him. That should do it.
If I'd get a message from my ex on my new number I'll probably reply asking how she got it and ask her how she's doing in a friendly way. Besides that I don't think I'd really mind.
Unfortunately,I don't believe there is a way to remove it...sorry. I don't think the repercussions will be that bad. These things happen from time to time...
Just try to play off the situation somehow. If you don't make a big deal of it and laugh it off,so will he. Good luck!
hes in your rear view who cares!
