:I hear girls talk about this all the time...what is the v-line? Its something I've never heard of until recently.

I think there's two things you could be talking about. The first and this is the one I have is wide shoulders and thin waist so your upper body appears to make a v shape (due to large shoulder back and chest muscles) the other v you could be talking only appears on people with very minimal bodyfat. its due to the shape of the abdominal muscle and where it attaches. creating a sort of v on your hips and waist.

It's that muscle around a guys stomach(under the belly button) going down toward his crotch that makes a "V" shape. Not many guys have got the muscles where you can actually see them well, but guys that do are extremely sexy!(not saying guys without it can't be though. lol)

It's your oblique muscles but they're called the Adonis belt. Apparently it's very hard to achieve and one of my guy friends told me that it's solely heriditary so he gave up on that dream a long time ago. Personally I like it on guys, very nice :)

Not a girl, but it's pretty easy. It's a muscle which usually appears when a guy has a very, very low fat percentage. Women love it because it points to your crotch, and only muscular guys with, again, low fat percentage have a visible V-line.
