Why do girls insist that the toilet lid be closed?

This is funny to me. One time, I went to go pee in the middle of the night, with the light off, I fell into the toilet water because my boyfriend left it open. It really pissed me off, and was wide awake after that. Like debby said, it is very gross to see the lid up.

I agree w/ debby... it looks so much better in the bathroom. It also looks cleaner... and we all no that girls TEND to be cleaner than guys.
