I mean you should take some action and even if he isn't with you anymore and you plan on raising the child you should ask for help in any way possible. He shouldn't get away with it
Unfortunately we don't know who did what, yes he should help care for the child but we need to know what her role was, and how everything happened before anything is valid.
@Daltron hmm yeah but as of now we do not have any story from the guy's side so hence I am just suggesting what I think is right. But as you have mentioned we cannot yet come to a conclusion hence this is a mere cessation..
No sorry but honestly there is a reason why you both are exes and you shouldn't be together Also you shouldn't make is work life worse just cause he found someone new Get over him.
Well I what I would’ve suggest is that focus on your child make sure your baby is healthy don’t worry about him, then when the baby is born put his ass on child support but don’t let stress hurt your child or you. You might regret for the rest of your life beside you can always get another man a better man. A child is irreplaceable
you won't get anything out of rage his actions just say how he is since he is already your ex, you should let that assholes go, having him in your and your baby's llife my just be poison
I can’t say anything towards whether you should complain or not, because I don’t know, but I know how it feels to have emotional distress towards someone or something. I just hope you and your baby are okay
Sue for all you can. I am a disabled US Navy vet knowing words in thre lamgtages to call the. . . what he is due to his failing his duty and RESPONSIBILITY as a father of a fetus. I did not use words I know for 2 reasons. I am a minister awnd amw of 3 would put me behind bars once the law was notifed. You did say "ex" right. Dont know how to day this but... he needs to be there for the baby. He does not need to be there for you. Sorry if that seems harsh but if you separated he has the right to move on.

1) you're being dramatic about the "not sure if my baby will make it now". Pregnancy dosent work like that. 2) He sounds like a total asshole. 3) why did you let a total asshole impregnate you?
Y’all aren’t together. Before making a baby with somebody you need to consider if the man is gonna stick around or not. I don’t think you should be calling his job. That’s messing with his livelihood.
So you were still fucking him after he broke up with you. You brought this on yourself & that's a bitch move taking him away from his work because you chose to be a single mom
He's an ex. You have every right to be upset, but because he isn't married to you, just an ex, so he has no obligation WITHIN THE LAW to do anything for you or the baby. You're better off forget about your ex.
Actually, whether they're married or not, he does have a legal obligation to help take care of the child, if it's his. A judge won't say, oh you weren't married? Sorry, even though it's his kid, he doesn't have to do shit. It is however more difficult court wise, to figure out where everyone stands. It's way easier with custody, support, etc, if they were married.
That's a uk site, I'm in the States. Maybe it's different there? That'd be fucked. Here, if the baby is his, he has a legal obligation to help care for the child. Can easily end up in jail if you don't.
Yeah depends which state. But generally the world agrees on an unmarried man has no obligation help his son. I'm pretty secure I read that for Australian law as well. Do who knows. But yeah your state might be different.
I don't think your excuses about your baby's health make any difference, but the fact is your former boyfriend has failed to take responsibility for his own child, which is reprehensible.
If he is your ex your not. But you can be upset with the way he treated you. What he does sexually and relationship wise in his private life should not co cern you. But this situation sounds messy...

It’s not his works business that you got knocked up by a guy that didn’t stay. Stop trying ti sabotage your baby’s dad out of bitterness over that.

You would only complain to his work out of spite. Feeling hurt isn't a reason.
How long ago did you break up?

Is he military or a civilian?
I can understand why you feel the way you do. Can your family help you?

No. That is his right. Especially if you two aren't married.
I don't agree with him not keeping the baby and I don't agree with you for being upset because he has a new girlfriend.
