How do you handle not getting closure?

It hurts. I've been ghosted a few times from women who I was dating and thought everything was going well. Until suddenly they just stopped replying out of no where. Some where after the first date and others were when we were just texting getting to know each other. I always wondered why? It wouldn't bother me if they just told me they weren't interested anymore. Whats also hard is when sometimes women like to play the hard to get card. I am not sure if she's ignoring my texts at first because she's busy or playing games. I usually give it three days and if I don't hear from them in three days then I know it's over. How about you?

My e. Woke me up, said she wanted a divorce, opened the closet took out her bag and left. She wouldn't even tell me why.

The next time I saw her I had quit one of my jobs (I was working two full-time jobs) and she was at my house moving stuff into her car. She took all the photos etc and anything else she wanted, I didn't care at that point, I didn't go to the divorce hearing and never saw her again.

I don't want my ex to give me closure. I give it to myself. If my ex was able to communicate and had empathy for me. We wouldn't be breaking up. Even if your ex was able to give closure would you heart heal? No.. definitely no.

I've dealt with not getting closure numerous times over varying circumstances. One way I deal with it is to come up with a possible explanation for what happened and deal with it from there.

One instance was when I was in my late 30's and the lady who I was dating stopped seeing me without any explanation. Surprised me since it was going so well. Turned out she reconciled with an ex while we were dating. But she had issues of wanting the first guy who would propose. Since then, she has been married and divorced at least two times and maybe three times.

My ex cheated on me and never told me - his (old ass turtle-looking married) sidepiece did.

I broke up, moved out, and took three weeks to immerse myself in burying the 6.5 years I wasted on that piece of trash.

Went for a workout every day, did several float sessions a week to just think and reflect, meditated a lot, took my first solo road trip, etc.

It is hard and it is emotional, but those are both normal and natural. Healing takes effort.

I never got closure in any of my relationships. They ended abruptly and most of the time there was a lot of bad feelings involved. i don't know if having closure would have helped but I basically just didn't handle it and just tried to move on the best way I could.

Acceptance. Often things come out in time. We cannot control things -we can only control how we react to things. Whether we have closure is not something we can control-but whether we have acceptance IS something we can control

By Thinking logically and with mind keep emotions aside because if man think emotionaly in such situations he will be like crazy insane person so calm down and think with your mind a red pill would also help.
