Day 4 into no contact and my ex texted me and sent memes. Do I respond?

So 4 days ago I initiated no contact after he called things off because he felt I wasn't ready for a serious relationship. Since then two days into it he has sent 6 reels on instagram throughout past two days and he just texted me if everything was okay because he hasn't heard from me in a few days. What do I do?

I wouldn’t respond. He probably feels like just because he called things off doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to talk, and who knows he may be feeling like that decision wasn’t the best and is changing his mind. But honestly, I don’t like wishy-washy people or individuals like him that project their insecurities onto others. No contact means no contact, so he needs to respect your wishes regardless and you should stick to them as well.

Because I just got out of a long term relationship, he doesn't want to replace my ex and he thinks I need to focus on myself and build my confidence. It's too hard for me to keep talking to him so I need space to be able to clear my head and focus on myself because my feelings for him are very strong
